Where do I find my Envato purchase code?
You can find your Envato purchase code in your Envato account under the "Downloads" section. Look for the item you purchased and click on "License certificate & purchase code" to view your code.
What happens after I migrate my license?
We will create an account for you to manage your licenses and websites, provide download links for all Pro plugins, and issue a new license code that you can use to activate any Pro plugin.
What happens after one year?
After one year, we'll notify you before your license expires and offer a discounted renewal. If you choose not to renew, the plugin will continue to work but Pro features will be disabled and you will no longer receive updates or premium support.
Can I activate Pro on other site later?
Yes, we will provide you with the Pro version of the plugin file along with a license code. You can use it on any site you choose and manage license activations and connected sites directly from your dashboard.
