Things people ask before they buy.

Why is everything in one subscription?
Because the five things we build are one job in practice. A site that installs to the home screen but takes six seconds to load is not an app, and a fast site with no backup is one bad update away from being gone. Selling them separately would mean five checkouts, five renewal dates and five support queues for a result you only get when they are all on. One price, one licence, one place to manage it.
What is the difference between Pro, Pro Plus and Pro Max?
Only the number of sites you can activate: 1 site on Pro, 5 on Pro Plus, 100 on Pro Max. The features are identical — every Pro feature in every plugin, priority support and the white-label option are in all three. Pick the plan that matches your site count, not your feature list. New plugins we release while you are subscribed are included on whichever plan you are on.
Why is the price monthly if I am billed yearly?
On the Annual tab the large number is a per-month equivalent, shown so you can weigh us against the separate subscriptions you already pay monthly. The charge itself is one payment a year, and it is printed directly underneath. Switch the toggle to Monthly and the large number becomes what you are actually charged each month, at the higher month-to-month rate. Annual is the cheaper of the two because none of this pays off inside a month: caching and Core Web Vitals need a few weeks of traffic before the numbers move, push subscribers take time to build, and a backup schedule only proves itself the day something breaks. If you want to try before you commit, the free versions on WordPress.org cost nothing and the 14-day refund covers the rest.
Is there a free version?
Yes. Every plugin we make has a free version on WordPress.org, and they are the same plugins, with the Pro features locked rather than removed. The free version makes your site installable, caches and minifies it, and takes manual backups. It does not include the AI model connectors, the native app builds, scheduled or cloud backups, or push automations. Upgrading unlocks those in place with no reinstall.
Who takes the payment, and what can I pay with?
Freemius, our checkout and licensing provider, takes the payment. Cards and PayPal are both accepted, VAT and sales tax are calculated and remitted for you, and every invoice and renewal lives in the account you get at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from your dashboard, in a couple of clicks. Your licence keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and your sites do not break when it lapses. The plugins fall back to their free versions and your content stays exactly where it is.
Will this work with my theme and other plugins?
Yes. All five are theme-agnostic with no required dependencies, and they run on standard WordPress, WooCommerce, membership, affiliate and BuddyPress setups. If you already run a caching plugin, turn its cache off before switching Lightify's on, because two page caches on one site fight each other.
Do you offer support if I get stuck?
Yes. Pro members get priority support directly from the team rather than the public forum, and that includes help with light theme conflicts.
Can I move a licence to a different site later?
Yes. Activations are managed from your dashboard, and you can deactivate one site and activate another whenever you want. Moving a licence does not use up an activation permanently.
Can I use it on client sites?
Absolutely. Pro Plus (5 sites) and Pro Max (100 sites) exist for exactly that, and the white-label option hides licence and branding details from your clients' WordPress admin.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Move from Pro to Pro Plus to Pro Max any time from your dashboard and you pay only the prorated difference, never the full price again.
What happens to the price I paid if you raise prices?
Nothing. Your renewal stays at the price you signed up at for as long as the subscription runs without a break. Price changes apply to new subscriptions.
